Despite the high demand for coal in the first 9 months of the year, especially for electricity production; when hydroelectric plants faced difficulties due to lack of water, especially in the Central Highlands and Central Coast regions due to the impact of El Nino. However, domestic coal supply faces many difficulties and scarcity.
