1. Maintain effective filling of employee profile and HR document as company process and procedure
2. Update & maintain HRM system : SFS & HC360
3. Proactive solve system issue with the support from software supplier
4. Follow up and prepare employee labor contract, appendix, employee data changes
5. Calculate monthly incentive in accordance with Company policy
6. Checking and verify working plan, timesheet, overtime of Factory
7. In charge of monthly payroll calculation and ensure accurate and timely payment to employee
8. Handle PIT and social insurance report
9. HR contact point for local employees in C&B matters related to payroll, Social insurance, personal income tax etc.,
10. Update and follow up healthcare insurance for employee
11. Handle C&B induction for new joiner
12. Create, provide data for analyze reports to C&B Data Analyst
13. Support to HRPB and CBM as request
14. Update/ remind to C&B Manager law changes, practice changes
15. Ensure prompt and efficient completion of assigned administrative tasks
16. Perform other job-related as assigned
Job Requirement :
- University graduated – Accounting/ HR with minimum 4 years’ experience in C&B/Payroll for Manufacturing company (size more than 500 staffs)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and Vietnam Labor Law
- Good at English
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills
