- Build up and manage compensation & benefits policies, procedures and processes.
- Manage all tasks and activities related to C&B (timekeeping, salary calculation and payment, annual leave, retirement, promotion & demotion).
- Ensure compensation and benefits comply with the current Vietnam labor law and client’s requirements.
- Be in-charge of labor cost forecast in order to propose an effective compensation packages and bonus programs for the company and other Entities.
- Compensation Structure Comparison and designing support for other Entities
- NCF Labor, Overhead related Report
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Law, Business Administration, Human Resource Management,)
- Having at least 7-10 years on hands C&B and Insurance experience in footwear, textile garment industry (scope 5000 employees).
- Deeply knowledge about Vietnam labor law (especially in wages and insurance).
- Good at Calculation, data Analysis and Reporting
- Excellent in Excel and fluent in English
- Time management, work under pressure ability- Can-do attitude and honestly.
