- Under supervision of Brand Manager, work on analysis to define brand portfolio, marketing plan, communication, distribution and price strategy for monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Implement new product launches, setup plan for launching and maintaining while closely cooperating with internal team and external agencies.
- Monitoring competitors and observe market dynamics actively. Proactively propose thoughts on short term and long term action to protect business and grow market share.
- Capable of managing the facebook account and create the contents that reflect brand identity.
- Manage day-to-day activities of the brand to ensure that strategies are executed on time and effectively. This includes leading, monitoring and executing related to contract, payment, budget and monitor, etc.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software
- Bachelor's degree (MKT preferred)
- 3 years experience in MKT role in multinational FMCG companies. (Preferred shampoo products)
- Experienced in agile working environment and entrepreneurship, knowledgeable in portfolio marketing (Brand portfolio management, pricing, market analysis, consumer insights) use and innovate);
- Brand launch experience & experience in commercial marketing is a plus.
- Familiar with facebook account operations, campaign operations, working with cross-functionality and budget monitoring
- Ability to adapt quickly to change, proactive, motivated and have positive attitude.
