With over 15 years of experience in promoting foreign direct investment (FDI), I am confident that I have a solid foundation of knowledge including the understanding of Vietnam's policies, a wide network of relationships and professional skills sufficient to promote investment in the new era.

• Understanding legal procedures and policies of the Investment Law, decrees and circulars related to FDI over time, including recent changes such as the application of Global Minimum Tax, International Financial Center, Free Trade Zone.
• Be able to advise and develop appropriate strategies and plans to attract FDI for investment promotion agencies in line with the country's development orientation, prioritizing high-quality, high-tech, and environmentally friendly projects.
• Build and maintain close relationships with state management agencies (Ministry of Finance, Ministries, central branches, Departments of Finance, Management Boards of Economic Zones, Industrial Parks, Investment Promotion Centers in provinces...), international trade and investment promotion organizations and FDI business community.
• Have sskills to analyze, evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of FDI projects, ensuring compliance with socio-economic development goals. - Support investors from initial procedures, location selection, personnel, to handling legal problems, helping investors operate effectively in Vietnam.
• Support to organize events and communication activities; hold investment promotion delegations abroad and in Vietnam; create images of an attractive investment destination.
• Support domestic and foreign partners in developing professional investment promotion documents, publications, and guidelines that meet international standards.
