Job description

  • In charge of contacting with supplier in oversea
  • External responsibilities, include emails, announcing company policies, etc
  • Handle correspondence before and after meetings
  • Office administration
  • Sales and other departments coordinator
  • Cooperate with sales department and implementing company's operational software
  • Other tasks assigned by President
  • Arrange and send samples to customers
  • Be the company translator for 3 Taiwanese staff members of the company
  • Check Accounting software

Requirement :

  • Qualification: Bachelor or Master
  • Female, 25~ 35 years old.
  • Fluent in English (both writing and speaking)
  • Able to use Chinese or other languages is preferable.
  • Presentable appearance
