This position is expected to work closely with Board of Management and CEO to:
- Review, evaluate, test and analyze financial and accounting activities.
- Coordinate and supervise activities related to auditing, accounting and financial consulting.
- Support in finance budgeting, setting up new business entities.
- Analyze investment portfolios and investment structures.
- Conduct capital budgeting for the company's investment activities.
- Plan financial strategies for the business in each specific period.
- Advise on capital mobilization plans, investment plans to maximize profits.
- Monitor, analyze, evaluate and provide management tools, forecast financial risks.
- Evaluate efficiency of operating activities in terms of finance.
- Implement and advise on legal documents related to finance and the company's business and
- investment fields.
- Develop profit sharing schemes among shareholders.
- Other tasks assigned by CEO.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a focus on finance, investment, business or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Investment, M&A.
- Deep knowledge of finance and investment management.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Proven sense of accountability and detail orientation.
- Has experience in fundraising, M&A projects for Start-ups is a plus.
