- Quality Control for Aero Engine Part
- Establish Procurement Requirement and Inspection Instruction for Raw materials.
- Deal with Supplier when Nonconformance occurred on Raw materials.
- Balloon Customer’s DWG.
- Review Bill of Material, Process Sequence (Router) sheet, Process Inspection and MQS
- Prepare Gage R&R for new product development.
- Prepare and monitor Product Approval (FAIR, PPAP)
- Perform Internal Product Audit and receive the Audit from customers and 3rd party.
- Perform Inspection for final product as Delegated Supplier Quality Representative (DSQR).
- Monitoring the capability of process using SPC.
- Co-operation with related departments to handle Non-conformance Products.
- Prepare Final Inspection Instruction for Part at the Final stage.
- Any task from higher managers.
Requirements :
- Mechanical Engineering Background.
- At least 5-year experience related to Quality Control in Mechanical Manufacturing.
- Excellent in English in all skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing).
- Good knowledge of Quality Management System Standard (AS9100, ISO 9001).
- Proficiency about product approval (FAIR, PPAP) and Measurement System Analysis.
- Excellent with Statistical Process Control, Six Sigma, 7 QC Tools.
- Can work under high pressure.
- Experience working in Aerospace Industry is high priority.
- Long term contribution with strong commitment.
- Familiar with SAP, MES, ERP.
- Candidates who are working in FDI company (Korean, Japan, etc.,)
- Living in Hanoi Center or around Hoa Lac Hi tech park
- Good presentation skill as well as negotiation.
- Six Sigma and other Quality Skill Certificates.
