• Phase 1: Implement legal procedures and work to serve the pre-construction phase (from Quarter I/2024 to Quarter IV/2024). Construction implementation (from Quarter IV/2024 to Quarter I/2026). Trial operation (Second quarter 2026). Official production (third quarter 2026).
• Phase 2: Complete legal procedures and start construction (from Quarter IV/2026 to Quarter II/2028). Complete construction and commissioning (third quarter of 2028). Official production (Q4/2028).
