Implement procudures for investment, environmental protection, land, fire prevention and fighting, construction: from August 2021 to August 2022.
Construction: from September 2022 to April 2023.
Installation of machinery and equipment: from May 2023 to July 2023.
Putting the factory into operation and production: August 2023.
