The project has been granted a 50-year land use right certificate (2017 - 2067). It is expected to complete construction and officially operate in the first quarter of 2024. The proposed transfer price is from 7,200 - 8,000 USD/m2 (~ USD 288 million).

Land area: 27.2 ha (Phase 1: 14 ha, Phase 2: 13.2 ha)

Legal status and project progress:

The project had an investment policy decision in 2019 and a feasibility study approval in August 2021. EVN has agreed in principle to purchase electricity from the project (November 2020). Currently, the PPA contract has not been signed because it has to wait for the Government's new price policy related to wind power projects.

Legal status and project progress:

The project has completed investment procedures, was granted a construction permit in May 2021 and is eligible for construction. The project land has been granted a red book. The investor is carrying out procedures to determine the obligation to pay additional land use levy (estimated about VND 500 billion).

Purpose: Transfer 100%

Legal status and project progress:

The project has completed all legal procedures, construction and started commercial operation in 2019. The PPA contract signed with EVN at the FIT1 price has a term of 20 years. Electricity output in 2021 is 19,608,860 kWh and revenue is VND 42,506,908,093.

Land area: GFA 42,596 m2 (26 floors)

Purpose: Transfer 100%

Legal status and project progress:

The project has been built and put into operation since 2005. The land use right certificate is valid until September 22, 2056 and can be extended for another 50 years. The project location is 500m walking from the future Metro Line 1 Rach Chiec Station, 15 minutes from the city center, 30 minutes from Tan Son Nhat Airport and 45 minutes from Long Thanh Airport under construction.
